History
The Australian Bulldog was developed for a variety of reasons from the British Bulldog. One of the main reasons was to correct many of the inbuilt health problems the British Bulldog is prone to suffering from. The Australian Bulldog was only developed in recent times, but since then has gained an enthusiastic following amongst Australian dog owners.
Positives
The Australian Bulldog does not need a lot of exercise, and is content in most family situations. Whilst they may look fierce, that is rarely the case!
Negatives
Australian Bulldogs love company so are not suited to being left alone for long periods without their family.
