We have our new litter of maremmas puppies which will be eligible for rehoming at the end of October. There are two males and six females.
The parents of these puppies have been DNA tested and are cleared of all genetic conditions, they have also been hip scored and fall below the breed average. The parents of these puppies are pure maremmas and do not contaicn any pyrenean mountain dog blood. Puppies are identified by the colours of their bows, blue and black. The parents are also pictured, the mother is standing, father is sitting.
These puppies will come desexed (RSPCA support and encourage early age desexing). Desexing a Maremma will not alter its protective ability. They will have  ; their first and second of a course of three vaccinations against parvo virus, microchipped, flea and worm treated. They will also be tick treated if you are in a paralysis tick area. They will come with their first collar and a kilo of puppy biscuits so you can wean your puppy on to its new feed gradually, and a folder containing past and ongoing care. We also provide Maremma notes if this is your first maremma puppy.
Contrary to popular belief that maremmas are not suitable as family pets, this is untrue and we have pictures of past puppies in their new homes to prove it but you do have to have some degree of 'dog sense'. If you have not owned a dog before this is not the breed for you unless you are after a protective stock dog.
We have had a veterinary inspected AAPDB audit conducted in April but we are not currently financial due to their huge increase in fees but a copy of our audit is available to genuine purchasers upon request.
We provide a written warranty with all our puppies and offer a lifetime rehoming policy.
People are more than welcome to visit our place and see how our dogs are kept but we are located 200km NW of Dubbo but offer free delivery to our designated meeting places between Baradine, Newcastle,Sydney , Wollongong then home over the blue mountains.
