Mornington Peninsula Brittanys
We pride ourselves in placing well socialized, beautiful Brittanys with exceptional temperaments and social abilities into great homes. Our pups are raised in our home where they are part of our everyday life, so they get plenty of attention! Great care is taken to make sure the pup you receive will be a wonderful family companion.
The Brittany is a medium-sized, leggy, dual-purpose dog, equally suited for sport and companionship. Their dense, flat or wavy coat can be orange and white or liver and white in either clear or roan patterns. Regular brushing is important, but their shorter coats need minimal maintenance.
Strong, quick and agile, Brittanys require regular exercise and activity to occupy both body and mind. They are happy and alert dogs who possess a willing attitude, which readily assists in their training. Brittanys usually have exceptionally friendly temperaments, they love people and get along well with other dogs. They need to be part of the family, and reward you accordingly. They can be born with tails or without (known as natural bobtails).
Brittanys are revered for their nose and scent-work, and while they have been popular as game and sport dogs, they are also popular family companions and are even now utilised by the police force and truffeliers.
As a responsible and registered Brittany breeder, we carefully abide by the MDBA code of practice. MDBA members are focussed on breeding pedigreed purebred dogs for health, temperament, type and function. Our puppies will not be made available until 8 weeks of age. At this time they will have been vet checked, microchipped, vaccinated and wormed. As registered breeders, we also offer 6 weeks complementary PetPlan insurance.
